vailable for desktops, laptops, servers, handhelds,
 peripheral devices and business servers.
CompUtopia will work with you to collect all the needed information and we follow a standardized set of procedures to ensure a smooth transition to our services. Once all the needed information is gathered including all policies and procedures, service and severity levels are agreed upon. Data is then entered into our secure local technical database, and we then provide your organization with the details required to begin working with the Help Desk. The solution includes the critical services to keep you up and productive: Active monitoring, escalation, problem fix/repair and system metrics.
NOC Services: offered as a low-fixed monthly fee providing server support, monitoring, remote issue remediation and escalation to onsite support when required to solve the problem.
